Job summary

Vaco is partnering with a growing organization to provide an experienced Compensation Analyst Consultant, focusing on Xactly and sales compensation expertise. This remote role supports a global compensation function and offers a $50-$65 per hour pay rate.

You will build forecasting models, optimize compensation workflows, and design sales plans aligned with bookings and revenue metrics for a 3-6+ month project, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of compensation, sales compensation, or incentive compensation experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Xactly required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain compensation forecasting models for new and existing incentive plans.
• Evaluate and improve compensation administration workflows and processes.
• Design and model sales compensation plans based on bookings, recurring revenue, and payout tiers.
• Analyze commission plans and validate payouts against bookings and revenue metrics.
