Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Compensation Analyst to shape compensation strategy in a remote SaaS environment. You will develop, implement, and administer compensation programs, benchmark roles using major tools, and partner with HR and leadership to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

You will analyze data, create job descriptions, and help design incentive and performance management systems while maintaining compliance across federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years in compensation analysis, preferably in Tech Services.
• Proficient with compensation tools (Radford, OpenComp, Pave, Mercer).
• Strong analytical and modeling skills to interpret data.
• Knowledge of compensation laws (federal, state, local).
• Excellent communication and ability to present data clearly.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses and provide market-based recommendations.
• Benchmark comp data using Radford, OpenComp, Pave, Mercer.
• Partner with HR and leaders to align comp strategies with business goals.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Participate in salary surveys and interpret results for competitiveness.
• Collaborate on incentive programs and performance management systems.
• Provide guidance on pay decisions and job evaluations.
• Deliver training on compensation topics to HR and management.
• Model and forecast labor costs considering market trends and budgets.
• Continuously improve compensation processes and systems.
