Job summary

Unite Us is seeking a Community Strategy Manager - Hawaii to operate as the operational and analytical backbone for bridging customers and community partners. You will standardize processes, track escalations in Salesforce, and coordinate with RevOps and Analytics to capture key data and demonstrate impact.

You’ll enable internal teams with tools, insights, and playbooks to engage partners, resolve escalations, and drive adoption at scale across Customer Success and Sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, community engagement, implementation, account management, public health, human services, social services, or related role.
• Experience working with state or local government agencies, community-based organizations (CBOs), nonprofits, healthcare organizations.
• Demonstrated success building relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing complex projects or programs requiring coordination across organizations.
• Strong analytical and operational skills with data-driven approaches.
• Experience documenting processes, playbooks, or SOPs, and driving operational consistency.
• Experience using CRM or case management platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative partner to Customer Success Managers, supporting escalation reviews and planning engagement plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation to align onboarding and embed community processes early.
• Drive retention across assigned customer accounts and strengthen relationships with community organizations.
• Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to align strategies and meet community-focused objectives.
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and triage processes; lead weekly escalation review meetings.
• Track escalation campaign metrics in Salesforce and monitor adoption and partner engagement.
• Coordinate customer surveys after escalations to measure satisfaction and outcomes.
• Develop innovative models to drive user adoption.
