Job summary

Unite Us is seeking a Community Strategy Enablement Manager to serve as the operational and analytical backbone for cross-functional community initiatives in Florida. You will standardize processes, manage escalation tracking in Salesforce, and partner with RevOps and Analytics to capture the right data while supporting and tracking customer escalations to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or a related role.
• Strong analytical and operational skills with data-driven mindset.
• Experience documenting processes and driving operational consistency across teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Internal Enablement: consultative partner to Customer Success Managers and collaborate with Sales/Implementation on onboarding.
• Retention & Engagement: drive retention, partner with community organizations, align with Marketing and Revenue Ops.
• Operational Process: maintain SOPs, playbooks, and triage processes; coordinate weekly escalation reviews.
