Job summary

Mighty Networks is hiring a Community Strategist to partner with Mighty Pro Hosts, crafting deeply engaging community experiences and launch strategies. You’ll run workshops, shape onboarding flows, and mentor peers to scale success with repeatable playbooks.

You’ll collaborate with Launch Specialists and Implementation teams, guiding network design, content cadence, and activation paths. This remote-friendly role values strategic thinking, clear communication, and a growth mindset to help Hosts

Qualifications

• 6+ years in client-facing roles with strategic accounts or supporting 5–6 figure engagements in a SaaS, media, or creator-focused business.
• 2+ years in a consulting, business coaching, or agency role.
• Strategic thinker who can map long-term plans, define metrics for success, and follow through on details.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to new Mighty Pro Hosts during onboarding to maximize adoption and retention.
• Facilitate workshops with Hosts and teams on community design, content cadence, and engagement strategy.
• Deliver training on feature utilization, onboarding flows, and tactical programming to drive adoption and retention.
• Provide input on brand elements like landing pages, welcome experiences, emails, and network messaging for cohesive member journeys.
• Develop and deliver Community Design Plans including network architecture, monthly themes, onboarding flows, and launch calendars.
• Collaborate with Launch Specialists and Implementation teams and handle lightweight setup tasks when needed.
• Ensure clear, consistent execution of space configuration and end-to-end member experiences.
• Update internal stakeholders on Host performance, needs, risks, and outcomes.
