Job summary

Mighty Networks is seeking a Community Manager to oversee Mighty Pro Hosts and their networks. You will onboard hosts, tailor content to each brand, and run communities, courses, challenges, and events.

Externally, you’ll craft scalable content, welcome new members, and guide engagement with automations while supporting live events and providing analytics-based insights. The role emphasizes remote-first collaboration, cross-host coordination, and ongoing reporting to Mighty Pro Strategists,

Qualifications

• Marketing and content creation experience with proven engagement growth.
• Strong writing and editing skills with brand voice adaptation.
• Experience managing diverse online communities and events.
• Excellent organizational and proactive communication abilities.
• Ability to derive insights from analytics to improve health and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Mighty Pro Hosts, align brand voice and audience expectations.
• Set up and manage communities, courses, challenges, and events.
• Execute monthly themes, weekly activity calendars, daily polls.
• Create high-quality content at scale, including newsletters and spotlights.
• Welcome members, answer inquiries, and resolve issues throughout the journey.
• Guide members using automations to improve navigation and experience.
• Support live events with logistics, materials, and real-time moderation.
• Monitor analytics and report insights to Mighty Pro Hosts and strategists.
