Unite Us is seeking a Senior Community Strategy Manager to design scalable engagement plans, enablement playbooks, and escalation management across Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams. You will help drive adoption and network health across diverse geographies while coaching others and presenting data-driven recommendations.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing roles, experience with government or nonprofits serving vulnerable populations, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles across multiple customers, geographies, or campaigns.
• Experience with state/local government or nonprofits serving vulnerable populations.
• Ability to design scalable engagement strategies and partner with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as consultative partner to CS, Sales, and Implementation, providing guidance and coaching.
• Lead cross-functional trainings on escalation, adoption, and community strategy practices.
