Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to remotely support our Creator community in the United States. The role focuses on content creation, community engagement, and coordinating recurring program activities.

You will work with internal teams to maintain timelines and ensure clear, consistent communications. The position emphasizes strong writing and coordination skills, with experience in online communities and production-style workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with experience creating clear, polished content.
• Experience managing projects or recurring workflows, coordinating stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
• Experience supporting, moderating, or engaging with an online community or creator community.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication to represent a brand professionally.
• Familiarity with community platforms such as Discord, GitHub, Slack, forums, etc.
• Ability to identify issues, escalate appropriately, and follow through to resolution.
• Comfortable in an execution-focused, junior-level role with recurring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor online community channels, including Discord, GitHub, and other forums.
• Engage with community members by responding to questions and sharing updates.
• Write, edit, and publish clear content for community communications and product updates.
• Coordinate recurring program activities, track tasks, calendars, and deliverables.
• Identify bugs or issues from the community and route to internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain organized documentation and track status of community requests and initiatives.
• Support community events, virtual workshops, hackathons, and engagement activities.
• Assist with recurring content and operational tasks that support Creator community management.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent communications.
