Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks a Program Manager to lead and monitor online community efforts remotely across the US. The role involves coordinating recurring activities, maintaining documentation, and engaging with members on platforms like Discord and GitHub.

You will write and publish community content, coordinate events, and route issues to internal teams, while ensuring timely, accurate communications and a strong brand voice.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing experience in editorial, communications, content, publishing, social media, or similar fields.
• Experience managing projects or recurring workflows, including tracking tasks, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and ensuring deadlines.
• Experience supporting, moderating, or engaging with an online community, creator community, customer community, or similar audience.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to represent a brand professionally.
• Comfortable using community platforms such as Discord, GitHub, Slack, forums, or similar tools.
• Ability to identify issues, determine escalation paths, and follow through to resolution.
• Comfortable in an execution-focused, junior-level role with recurring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor online community channels including Discord, GitHub, and other forums.
• Engage with community members by responding to questions, sharing updates, and maintaining a positive experience.
• Write, edit, and publish clear content for community communications and product updates.
• Coordinate program activities, trackers, calendars, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Identify bugs or issues and route them to internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain documentation and track status of community requests and initiatives.
• Support community events, virtual workshops, and engagement activities.
• Assist with recurring content and operational tasks for Creator community management.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent communications.
