INSPYR Solutions, Remote, is seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to lead marketing operations and GTM execution for AI product launches. You will manage complex programs from requirements gathering through launch delivery, coordinating creative, media, social, email, web and events.

This role drives alignment across matrixed teams, builds scalable marketing processes, and supports annual planning with templates and workflows to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Marketing Program/Project Management experience.
• Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) program management.
• Experience delivering product launches and cross-channel campaigns.
• Ability to manage complex marketing programs and timelines.
