Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to lead organic growth across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll craft playbooks, nurture Reddit communities, and scale engagement with authentic content while partnering with Growth and Content teams.

You’ll combine strategic systems with a writer’s voice, bringing 3+ years in community or organic social, ideally in fintech/insurtech or consumer-facing sectors. This role supports remote work with a flexible setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally fintech/insurtech or consumer-facing/regulatory categories.
• Ability to write in a human, platform-native tone across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
• Strategic thinker who builds systems and governance for scalable communities, with SEO awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create and refine playbooks for each community: posting cadence, replies, and silence rules.
• Grow and manage Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Develop content/engagement strategy that scales with AI support while keeping authenticity.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure channel consistency.
• Track sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and source citations.
