Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to represent the brand across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, building authentic engagement with our users.

You'll craft channel playbooks, grow our communities, and collaborate with Growth and Content to scale without sacrificing trust, using AI where it helps.

You will monitor sentiment, measure impact, and help translate user feedback into product improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social in fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing field.
• Ability to write in a tone that resonates on Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
• Strategic operator who builds systems and understands SEO and AI sources.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop playbooks for how to show up in each community: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Build a content and engagement strategy that scales with AI support.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for channel consistency.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and AI citation.
