Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to build and grow our organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You will create a content and engagement strategy that scales with authenticity, leveraging AI where it helps, and collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging.

You should have 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech or insurtech, with a strategic mindset that values long-term trust over quick PR wins.

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing/regulated category.
• Strategic operator who builds systems and processes, not just vibes; understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Patient, curious long‑game mindset valuing organic trust over quick PR wins.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop Jerry's playbook for each channel: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create a content and engagement strategy that scales without sacrificing authenticity, leveraging AI where helpful.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure cross-channel consistency.
