Jerry.ai is seeking a proactive Community Manager to grow our organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll craft a voice that feels authentic in fintech and coordinate with Growth and Content teams to scale engagement across channels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in community management or organic social, understands SEO, and knows how to cite sources for LLMs. You’ll build playbooks and nurture trusted communities at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Experience in fintech/insurtech or consumer-facing, regulated categories is a plus.
• Strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes.
• Understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok.
• Develop a playbook for how to show up in each community: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent.
• Grow subsets of communities into active, trusted spaces.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure channel-wide consistency.
• Write in a platform-native voice that earns upvotes and feels authentic.
