Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to grow our organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, the places where our customers actually congregate. You will write with an authentic, platform-native voice, develop a playbook for when to post and reply, and build active, trusted communities around our products.

With 3+ years in community management ( fintech/ insurtech preferred ), you’ll scale engagement, collaborate with Growth and Content teams, and help ensure consistent,

Qualifications

3+ years in community management or organic social, fintech/insurtech preferred.
Strategic operator who builds systems and understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
Patient, curious long‑game thinker valuing organic trust over quick PR wins.

Responsibilities

Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok.
Develop a playbook for when to post, when to reply, and when to stay silent.
Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
Create a scalable content and engagement strategy that maintains authenticity.
Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure a consistent voice.
