Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to champion authentic, value-driven engagement across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You will craft strategies to grow our organic presence, build playbooks for each community, and nurture trusted, active communities around fintech-focused consumer audiences.

The role requires translating complex topics into human, engaging content while collaborating with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency and measurable impact across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing and/or regulated categories.
• You write with an authentic tone across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
• You understand how to build systems and playbooks for different communities, including SEO considerations and how LLMs cite sources.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop Jerry's playbook for showing up in each community: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create a scalable content and engagement strategy that preserves authenticity, leveraging AI where helpful.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.
