Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to grow our organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok. You will craft authentic, platform-native content and develop posting playbooks that drive engagement without losing trust.

You will build and nurture Jerry’s communities, writing posts and replies with tone that fits fintech, insurtech, and consumer-facing contexts. Remote-friendly with offices in multiple cities, compensation includes equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, fintech preferred.
• Ability to craft authentic, platform-native voice for Reddit, TikTok and Quora.
• Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube and TikTok.
• Develop a playbook for posting, replying, and when to stay silent on each channel.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
