Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to build and grow our organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You will develop strategic playbooks for posting and engagement, ensuring authenticity and audience trust across platforms.

You will grow our subreddits into active communities, collaborate with Growth and Content teams, and write in a voice that resonates on social channels while upholding brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Experience in fintech/insurtech or other consumer-facing/regulatory domains.
• Ability to write in an authentic, non-corporate voice.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop Jerry's playbook for posting, replying, and when to stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure channel consistency.
• Write with a tone that earns upvotes and fits platform cultures.
