Jerry.ai is hiring a Community Manager to grow our organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll build posting playbooks, nurture active subreddits, and scale engagement with AI-assisted tools. You’ll collaborate with Growth and Content teams to keep messaging consistent while preserving authenticity.

The role values a strategic operator who builds systems, understands SEO, and cites sources from LLMS. Remote-friendly with options for in-person/hybrid offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Experience in fintech/insurtech or consumer-facing regulated spaces is a plus.
• Ability to build systems and playbooks for engagement at scale.
• Strong writing voice with ability to avoid corporate-speak and earn upvotes.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop a playbook for posting, replying, and when to stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create a content and engagement strategy that scales with AI support.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure channel consistency.
• Write in a tone that resonates across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
