Job summary

Ez Health in the United States is hiring remote community health workers to assist seniors by phone, linking them to services and programs and helping with appointments, benefits, and medications.

You will work with a small caseload from home, with no certification required, daytime hours, and 28–40 hours per week. Pay is 28–38 USD/hour plus a performance bonus, with emphasis on clear communication, empathy and reliability.

Responsibilities
