Job summary

EZ Health is seeking a Customer Support Representative to help seniors navigate care needs. You’ll coordinate doctor visits, medications, referrals, insurance, transportation, and forms for a small group of clients, usually 20 or fewer, with long-term support.

You’ll work fully remote with flexible daytime hours, paid training, and room to grow into more responsibility as you gain healthcare experience without starting over.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or success roles.
• Comfortable working remotely and on flexible schedules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate care with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Call clients regularly to check in on their well-being.
• Ask follow-up questions to uncover barriers.
• Help clients prepare for appointments and follow up.
• Explain benefits, referrals, and next steps clearly.
• Research and arrange transportation, medications, and local programs.
• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacies, insurers, and community groups.
• Maintain clear, organized notes.
• Follow through on every task so clients always know how things turned out.
