Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing and content creation.

• Experience managing communities and coordinating multiple hosts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community management for multiple Mighty Pro Hosts.
• Onboard new Mighty Pro Hosts and align on voice and workflows.
• Set up and manage communities, courses, challenges, and events.
• Create scalable content including newsletters and resources.
• Welcome members, provide support, and resolve issues.
• Guide members using automations to enhance navigation.
• Support live events, moderations, and follow-up recaps.
• Monitor engagement analytics and report insights.
