Job summary

Darkroom is seeking a Community Manager to build and oversee creator communities as a growth channel. You will determine tiers, onboarding, and engagement strategies across platforms, coordinating with creators, brand leads, and social teams.

This role requires a hands-on operator who can scale programs and drive measurable outcomes. You will report to a Director and work with a multi-disciplinary team, traveling for events as needed.

Qualifications

• Built and run an online community for a consumer product.
• Able to discuss creator culture across major platforms.
• Owns voice and moderation in a unified brand tone.

Responsibilities

• Build and run new communities across platforms with clear tiers.
• Set entry rules, onboarding, and referral perks with clients.
• Report metrics and maintain program playbooks.
• Coordinate events and campus activations with teams.
