Darkroom in New York is seeking a Community Manager to own the development and growth of brand communities across owned social channels. You will manage tiers, onboarding, moderation, and active engagement to drive conversation and outputs for clients.

You will report to a Director and collaborate with creator, social, paid media, and product teams. This role requires US-hours availability and willingness to travel for events.

• Built and run online communities for consumer products.
• Managed community on brand social accounts across multiple platforms.
• Delivered outputs from community to support brand objectives.

Aufgaben

• Build new communities on selected platforms with onboarding and tiering.
• Run weekly routines: welcome, briefs, triage, and content handoff.
• Moderate conversations and maintain brand voice across channels.
• Source UGC and liaise with social/paid teams for activation.
• Coordinate in-person creator events and launches.
• Measure community performance and report insights.
