Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to build and nurture organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You will develop a posting and engagement playbook, grow subreddits into trusted communities, and scale content strategies with AI while maintaining authentic voice.

The role collaborates with Growth and Content teams and favors a patient, long‑term approach in a fintech/insurtech context. Remote-friendly with in-person/hybrid options at major office locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Fintech/insurtech or consumer-facing/regulatory experience preferred.
• Strategic operator who builds systems; understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Patient, curious long-term thinker valuing organic trust over quick PR wins.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop Jerry's playbook for posting, replying, and when to stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Build a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing authenticity, leveraging AI.
• Work with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels.
