Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to build and grow an authentic organic presence across major social channels including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You will craft channel-specific playbooks, grow dedicated communities, and shape scalable content and engagement strategies that align with our brand voice.

You will collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging while leveraging AI to cite sources and support SEO-driven growth.

Qualifications

3+ years in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing categories.
Strategic operator who builds systems, not just vibes; understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
Patient, curious long-term thinker who values organic trust over quick PR wins.

Responsibilities

Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
Develop playbooks for channel-specific engagement: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent.
Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
Create scalable content and engagement strategies that maintain authenticity, leveraging AI where helpful.
Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels.
