Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to lead organic growth across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll craft authentic, platform-specific engagement and develop scalable playbooks to keep conversations genuine and valuable.

You’ll collaborate with Growth and Content teams, measure key metrics, and build systems that turn conversations into trust and referrals while balancing compliance in a fintech-adjacent space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Experience in fintech/insurtech or consumer-facing regulated categories is a plus.
• Ability to craft authentic voice on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop playbooks for showing up in each community: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Build scalable content and engagement strategies using AI where helpful.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for channel consistency.
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and how often sources are cited by LLMs.
