Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Community Manager to scale our organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. You will engage with real users, contribute thoughtful commentary, and help shape how our brand voice sounds in high-energy online spaces.

You will develop playbooks for posting, replying, and timely silence, grow our communities into trusted hubs, and collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Experience in fintech/insurtech or consumer tech a plus.
• Ability to craft authentic, channel-appropriate voice.
• Strong understanding of how to build online communities.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop playbooks: when to post, when to reply, when to stay silent.
• Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active communities.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency.
• Write in a platform-native voice that avoids corporate-speak.
