Job summary

Renew Health + Recovery seeks a remote Outreach & Alumni Engagement Lead to supervise Community Liaisons and Alumni Coordinators across the IHAT program. You will shape strategies to boost community involvement, referrals, and recovery resources while maintaining consistent documentation and KPI tracking.

The role emphasizes partnership building, data-driven evaluation, and representation at meetings and conferences to advance recovery initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or recovery services.
• Remote role; must reside in CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, ME, MA, NH, OH, RI, VA, NJ, NY, PA, TX.
• Experience with CRM, EMR, Salesforce, or similar data management platforms.
• IHAT program knowledge and recovery principles preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Community Liaisons and Alumni Coordinators.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to increase community involvement and alumni participation.
• Set KPIs and performance expectations for outreach and alumni activities.
• Monitor program effectiveness, participation metrics, and engagement outcomes.
• Ensure consistency in program delivery, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee outreach activities to raise awareness of services and recovery resources.
• Cultivate partnerships with community organizations and educational providers.
• Represent Renew Health + Recovery at professional meetings and events.
• Develop educational presentations on substance use disorder, recovery, and resources.
