Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured alumni engagement plan with weekly meetings and events.
• Facilitate groups for active patients and assist with discharge preparation and alumni contact milestones.
• Organize alumni events and connect participants to 12-step programs and recovery resources.
