You will partner with clinical, marketing, and admissions teams to foster ongoing participation and orchestrate alumni events.

The role requires coordinating groups, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, and cultivating connections to recovery resources.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate alumni engagement programs and events.
• Experience with CRM/EMR systems and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements in behavioral health.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a structured alumni engagement plan with weekly meetings and events.
• Facilitate groups for active patients and assist with discharge preparation and alumni contact milestones.
• Organize alumni events and connect participants to 12-step programs and recovery resources.
