Job summary

Holon Health is seeking a mission-aligned Recovery Coach to bring lived experience to the center of care for justice-involved clients with substance use disorders. This remote, full-time role works with a supportive care team to build recovery plans and connect clients to essential services.

You’ll collaborate across navigators, clinicians, and community partners, uphold HIPAA confidentiality, and embody Holon’s commitment to equity, inclusion, and whole-person care.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of lived recovery experience (strongly preferred).
• Certified PRS or Peer Recovery Coach required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Remote, fast-paced, team-based collaboration.
• Commitment to equity and whole-person care.
• Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, nonjudgmental relationships with clients using lived experience.
• Support clients on their recovery journeys and navigate barriers.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized recovery plans.
• Connect clients to housing, healthcare, and employment resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Advocate within justice and care systems.
• Participate in program initiatives and outreach.
