Job summary

Renew Health + Recovery seeks a remote Outreach Lead to supervise Community Liaisons and Alumni Coordinators from any eligible state. You will drive engagement, build partnerships, and align programs with recovery services and resources.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in behavioral health or alumni outreach, with CRM/EMR experience and strong collaboration skills. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 yearly, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Remote role, but candidate must reside in CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, ME, MA, NH, OH, RI, VA, NJ, NY, PA, TX.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health, recovery services, alumni services, or community outreach.
• Experience using CRM, EMR, Salesforce or similar data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management for Community Liaisons and Alumni Coordinators.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve outreach strategies to increase engagement and alumni participation.
• Establish departmental goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for outreach and alumni activities.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, community impact, and engagement outcomes.
• Ensure consistency in program delivery, messaging, documentation, and stakeholder engagement practices.
• Develop policies, procedures, and best practices supporting PRA and Alumni Services operations.
