Job summary

RDE Capital Group, LLC is seeking an independent contractor to originate and close commercial real estate and business brokerage transactions. The Associate will control the manner, means, schedule, and location of work, within legal and compliance boundaries, with no guaranteed compensation.

Responsibilities include originating and closing deals, managing a CRM-driven pipeline, and providing weekly activity summaries. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close commercial real estate and business brokerage transactions.
• Develop long-term relationships with property owners, investors, business owners, tenants, landlords, developers, and referral sources.
• Enter prospects, contacts, activities, notes, and proposals into the designated CRM.
• Maintain notes on prospect conversations and follow-up activities.
• Maintain an organized pipeline showing active prospects, opportunities, proposals, listings, and transactions.
• Schedule follow-up activities within the CRM.
• Maintain accurate information on all active prospects and transactions.
• Submit a weekly activity summary reflecting business development activity and pipeline developments.
• CRM reporting provides visibility into the pipeline and supports coaching and transaction effort.
