Trail Realty is seeking experienced commercial real estate professionals to develop client relationships and execute property sales in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City. This remote-friendly, 1099 independent-contractor role offers commission-based compensation with no base salary and opportunities across a growing pipeline.

Ideal candidates bring CRE brokerage background, ability to build client networks, and solid grasp of market dynamics and transactions.

Competenze

Prior experience at a commercial real estate brokerage is strongly preferred, particularly work involving clients, business development, or transactions.
Adjacent CRE experience will also be considered; experience need not be exclusively in investment sales.
Ability to build relationships, reach out to prospective clients, and discuss real estate needs.
Familiarity with property financials, market research, pricing, and transaction steps.
Sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
Open to adopting new tools that support your brokerage work.

Build relationships with commercial property owners and buyers through outreach, referrals, and ongoing conversations.
Identify potential assignments and convert initial discussions into client engagements.
Research properties, comparable transactions, and local markets to support pricing and client recommendations.
Prepare property summaries, client presentations, and marketing materials with the team.
Qualify buyers, coordinate diligence and transaction information, and move negotiations toward closing.
Maintain clear records of client conversations, next steps, and active opportunities.
