Job summary

Trail Realty is seeking commercial real estate professionals to develop client relationships and help originate and execute property sales. This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation.

Remote candidates are considered; SF Bay Area or NYC preferred. Prior CRE brokerage experience is highly valued and candidates should be able to build pipelines and present property insights.

Qualifications

• Prior experience at a commercial real estate brokerage is strongly preferred.
• Experience with clients, business development, or transactions is valuable.
• Active real estate license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with commercial property owners and buyers through outreach and conversations.
• Identify potential assignments and convert discussions into client engagements.
• Research properties, comps, and local markets to support pricing and recommendations.
• Prepare property summaries, client presentations, and marketing materials with the team.
• Qualify buyers, coordinate diligence and deal information, and move negotiations toward closing.
• Maintain clear records of conversations, next steps, and active opportunities.
