You will operate from assigned territory lists, leverage a proven pitch, and manage your pipeline with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Existing network in commercial real estate or ability to build one quickly.
• Clear, professional communication with business owners and senior executives.
• Authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor.

Responsabilités

• Reach out to real estate developers and sponsors by phone, email, and LinkedIn using territory lists.
• Present the Raisegen platform, run product walkthroughs, and close flat‑fee subscriptions.
• Track pipeline and activity in the CRM.
• Time outreach using deal triggers such as groundbreaking announcements and entitlements.
• Represent Raisegen professionally and follow communication guidelines.
