Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial title insurance experience in title searching, examining, and writing commitments.
• Knowledge of relevant real estate terminology and title processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects ranging from single to multi-property commercial transactions where accuracy matters.
• Search, examine, and connect data across counties and jurisdictions; verify legal property descriptions.
• Review public records (leases, deeds, liens, easements) to determine ownership and title restrictions.
• Summarize findings and prepare title commitments and reports with precision.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information through research and documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the title process.
