Responsibilities

• Performs title examination and analyzes chain of title for a wide range of orders, including abstracts and records such as leases and liens
• Resolves missing or contradictory information in title documentation
• Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on guidelines
• Prepares and reviews reports for accuracy
• May provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
