Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial title insurance experience in searching, examining and writing commitments.

• Strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial title transactions from single to multi-property closings.
• Search and connect data across counties and jurisdictions.
• Verify descriptions and review public records to determine ownership and title-related issues.
• Prepare title commitments and reports with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal partners to ensure accuracy.
