Qualifications

• 7+ years Commercial title examination experience, MI experience required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and provide timely follow up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform title examinations and examine the chain of title for commercial matters.
• Analyze records such as mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and plats to verify ownership and legal descriptions.
• Resolve missing or inconsistent information in title documentation.
• Review title commitments for accuracy and revise as needed.
• May provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines.
