Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years commercial title examination experience.
• Michigan title examination experience.
• State licenses if required.

Aufgaben

• Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for commercial/residential orders.
• Abstracts and analyzes records to verify legal description of property.
• Resolves missing or inaccurate information in title documentation.
• Prepares initial title commitment documentation per guidelines.
• Prepares and reviews reports for accuracy.
• May provide underwriting interpretation within guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
