You will collaborate with Account Partners and Strategy teams to design solutions, run discovery sessions, and deliver high-impact demos while traveling up to 30%. This role focuses on AI-enabled workflows, security, and seamless handoffs to delivery teams.

Qualifications

3+ years in pre-sales, implementation, or consulting within life sciences, or in pharmaceutical sales.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to prove technical value through compelling narratives.
Hands-on experience with modern SaaS platforms and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate tailored Vault CRM Suite and AI solutions directly mapped to customer goals.
Own RFXs and provide accurate technical responses regarding platform functionality, security, and integrations.
Support marketing initiatives and represent Veeva at key events.
Partner with the sales team to co-own deal strategy, lead technical execution, and build customer relationships.
Facilitate discovery meetings to uncover business challenges, operational bottlenecks, and strategic priorities.
Lead consultative workshops that build trust around AI safety and inspire customers to envision AI-native workflows.
Partner with Veeva Services to transition pre-sales technical designs into clear implementation scope for post-sale execution.
Share customer feedback and challenges with Product Management to help guide product strategy and roadmap.
