Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a pre-sales Solution Consultant to demonstrate Vault CRM for life sciences, in partnership with Account Partners and Strategy teams. You will validate value through consultative discovery, end-to-end solution design, and high-impact demonstrations.

You will optimize win rates, drive deal sizes, and ensure AI-native workflows are considered, with travel up to 30% and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, implementation, or consulting within life sciences or pharmaceutical sales.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to prove technical value through compelling narratives.
• Hands-on experience with modern SaaS platforms and AI tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate tailored Vault CRM Suite and AI solutions mapped to customer goals.
• Own RFXs and provide accurate technical responses on platform functionality, security, and integrations.
• Support marketing initiatives and represent Veeva at key events.
• Partner with the sales team to co-own deal strategy, lead technical execution, and build customer relationships.
• Facilitate discovery meetings to uncover business challenges and priorities.
• Lead consultative workshops to build trust around AI safety and inspire AI-native workflows.
• Partner with Veeva Services to transition designs into clear implementation scope for post-sale execution.
• Share customer feedback with Product Management to guide product strategy and roadmap.
