Job summary

You will partner with customers to maximize solution value, lead workshops, and deliver high-quality deployment and post-go-live activities with minimal coding required.

The role requires 7+ years of consulting experience, strong presentation skills, and travel up to 25%. Excellent communication with executives and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated consulting or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record presenting to senior management and executives.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to audiences with varying perception levels.
• Strong presentation and solution design skills.
• Travel requirements up to 25% for implementation; post-implementation being non-travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer in process discovery workshops to align on best practices and drive to solutions.
• Articulate complex client and solution concepts to diverse audiences for application expertise.
• Develop and leverage Vault platform expertise.
• Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities.
• Identify interdependencies between program or project workstreams.
• Create project deliverables and standards (e.g., process standards).
• Plan and establish after go-live activities including ongoing support and changes to align to full capabilities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a growing, collaborative team.
