Job summary

Veeva's Vault CRM team seeks a seasoned consultant for a remote, full-time role delivering AI-enabled CRM solutions to Life Sciences clients. You will lead process discovery workshops, translate complex concepts for executives, and guide deployments from build through post-go-live support.

Requirements include 7+ years in consulting, Life Sciences/Healthcare/CRM experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Industry experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or CRM.
• Proven track record meeting with senior management as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to articulate complex client and vendor concepts to audiences of varying levels.
• Strong presentation and solution design skills.
• Travel requirements up to 25% during implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer in process discovery workshops that align on best practices and drive solutions based on requirements.
• Articulate complex client and solution concepts to audiences of varying perception levels.
• Develop and leverage expertise in the Vault platform.
• Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities.
• Identify and monitor interdependencies between various program or project workstreams.
• Create project deliverables and standards (e.g., process standards).
• Plan and establish post‑go‑live activities including ongoing support and changes to align with full capabilities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to help facilitate a growing and collaborative team environment.
