Conga is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new logo enterprise sales across a US remote-friendly territory (TX/OK/MO). You will uncover client needs, craft tailored Conga solutions, and close high-value deals.

Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners to manage opportunities from prospecting to close, maintaining a hunter mindset and overachieving quota. The role offers a competitive base with incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package,

Qualifications

3+ years of successful B2B technology Commercial sales experience in SaaS.
Proficiency in revenue management principles is crucial.
Consistent track record of overachieving quota and revenue targets.
Cultivates and leverages strategic relationships with partners to drive mutual growth.
Knowledge of AI/ML can add value to revenue management processes.

Responsibilities

Prospect, manage, and close new business opportunities for enterprise-wide Conga solutions.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Business/Sales Development, Marketing, Transformation Specialists, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners and clients to drive deals.
Design and execute territory, account, and opportunity plans to optimize revenue in your selling patch.
Manage opportunities through every stage of the sales cycle to ensure client and company success.
