Ladders is seeking a Commercial Platform and AI Leader to drive the strategy and rollout of the commercial technology ecosystem supporting sales execution and operational scalability.

The role partners with Sales Operations, Digital Technology, and commercial stakeholders to align platforms, data, and process design with business priorities, and to bring AI-driven capabilities into the commercial environment while strengthening governance and performance across the platform landscape.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of intensive Salesforce experience.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise-grade commercial platforms (Salesforce and CPQ).
• Ability to articulate and execute a vision for a connected commercial ecosystem.
• Experience implementing AI-driven features in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a technical team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define the multi-year roadmap for the commercial platform ecosystem.
• Manage and mentor a team of subject matter experts.
• Spearhead the implementation of AI/ML initiatives within commercial platforms.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology and Sales Operations for platform scalability.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements to the sales process.
• Establish global standards for data usage and platform configuration.
• Act as the primary bridge between commercial leaders and technical developers.
