Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Head of AI Solutions to shape how AI opportunities become practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will lead a technical team focused on solution design, intake, prioritization, and delivery across multiple initiatives.

You will collaborate with business and technical partners to convert ambiguous requests into clear architectures, plans, and executable workstreams, while hiring and developing senior AI and engineering talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, or deploying production systems with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with LLM-based or agentic AI solutions from discovery to production.
• Leading solutions architecture or applied AI teams across multiple business units.
• Strong skills in scoping and estimation for ambiguous requests.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration, data modeling, and cloud deployment.
• Experience hiring and developing senior AI and engineering talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a technical team of AI solutions engineers and data engineers.
• Own the intake and prioritization process for AI projects.
• Transform requests into actionable build plans with architecture and scope.
• Staff and manage virtual build pods for concurrent initiatives.
• Set and maintain high technical standards for architecture and implementation.
• Deliver projects with clean handoffs and reusable solutions.
