GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Platform and AI Leader to own the vision, strategy, and execution of the commercial toolstack (SFDC, CPQ, pricing tools).

You will lead a team of SMEs, drive AI-enabled workflows to shorten sales cycles, and ensure data integrity and scalable ERP integration for internal sellers and external customers. The role requires deep platform experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into automated solutions; remote-friendly with

Qualifications

Proven leadership of enterprise-grade commercial platforms (SFDC/CPQ).
Strategic vision for connected commercial ecosystem and Q2C.
Experience implementing AI-driven features in sales/commercial ops.
Strong cross-functional influence with Finance, IT and Sales.

Responsibilities

Set the multi-year roadmap for the commercial platform ecosystem.
Lead and mentor SMEs in SFDC and CPQ.
Drive AI integration for predictive quoting and pricing.
Partner with DT, Pricing and Sales Ops to ensure scalability.
Maximize platform ROI by monitoring KPIs and reducing friction.
Establish global data usage standards and change management.
