Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI or technology strategy leading complex initiatives across teams.
• Experience establishing AI governance, standards, and adoption programs.
• Practical knowledge of large language models, workflow automation, and AI evaluation for prototyping solutions.
• Ability to translate business problems into actionable requirements with measurable results.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and lead without direct authority.
